Tacky the Penguin Costume

The jumpsuit is black with a white inset running down the torso and legs. It has attached mitts with Velcro over the wrist to allow you to keep your hands inside the costume or out while elastic lines the neckline and ankle cuffs. A plush, over-sized penguin head has a friendly face and a large golden beak. Mesh covers the eyes to provide you with easy seeing. The costume also includes feet boot covers.
